Contacted Richard's Appliance for our 12 year old Amana Electric Dryer, which was shutting down before clothes would dry. The technician, Jason called before my appointment and was on time. Jason examined my dryer and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was able to provide a quote on the spot and had the parts required in his van. The problem is fixed and clothes are now dry. This is the 2nd time we have used Richard's Appliance to fix an appliance and we have bought our washer & dryer from them. We would recommend Richard's Appliance to anyone looking to save some money and get great customer service!
