Three hours after I posted the review below I was surprised to receive a message from the manager. After speaking with him it was determined that the car probably was not seated properly on the track. He mailed me a coupon for a free car wash and apologized for my inconvenience That was much appreciated. After the manager's quick response and desire to make it right I felt it my responsibility to follow up and change the 1 star to 4 stars. The car wash in Northampton, MASS was awful. The 1st set of washers just glided over the car and the blowers at the end did not work. Only the sides of the car showed some semblance of a wash. Very disappointed. I will never go back to this one.

I've never had my car washed before and my boyfriend surprised me with my first ever car wash that he paid for. We got the $19 one and the guy helped me get lined up to the track,got our money,and go us going. I felt a little claustrophobic with the long sponge thingies (whatever they're called) mopping my car but it was a quick in and out thing,my car is really clean and shiny now,the snow will probably dirty it up again but it was a fun thing to get done

Very quick car wash. Payed for the full service, didn’t clean the rims at all. Dust and sand left in a lot of areas.
