I have been a customer for literally years. Will never be returning because a “manager” by the Name of Lyle. Jermey (owner) is a great guy. I have spent hundreds at a time both on party’s and on feeding my employees. He was unwilling to listen to me, continued to talk over me, when all I wanted was the order correct as we order from them once per week. I would be appalled if I had an employee let alone manager act like that. Lost an extremely loyal customer.

Always late and takes longer than they say often double. After all that the pie will come out partly burnt. Service here consistly going down unfortunately since I had been coming here since they first opened but after numerous long waits I will find another.

Ordered from there tonight since my normal place was closed. Ordered a meatball parm sub. Only got 4 meatballs, more sauce on it then meatballs. Totally soggy. Barely any cheese too. Will never again order from there.
