Stood at counter for 10 minutes before anyone even came to take order. And they kept walking by front counter so they knew there were people there. Then they were getting orders all mixed up. And then on top of it, order cooked wrong. Why is it so difficult for these places to read the grill slip? NO CHEESE means NO CHEESE. Not perhaps no cheese if you are feeling like it today. I worked at McDonald's kitchen for a few years, it's not a hard job if you pay attention. What a hot mess this place is. Trying to vie for worst place with Dunkin Donuts.

Fresh food. Drive thru staff were very nice. Didn't have to wait long for anything. I really have no complaints. When it comes to fast food...accurate order, fresh food, no wait time and pleasant staff is all that really matters.

Everytime I go here I end up having to come back due to getting the wrong order, cold/uncooked fries/hash browns, and my coffee is never right. They seem to double up on the cream to make up for not putting any sugar. I dont know why I continue spending money here!

Each time I come here I say I won’t be back and today was the final straw. Order is NEVER right and when I went to tell them I was missing two burgers and tried to show them they disregarded me threw the burgers on the counter and in front of me began to whisper to one another. I believe this may have been one of the managers a young woman with red hair. I sat down and reviewed my bill and realized yet another mistake but I just ate my food and left without incident because I was so annoyed. If McDonalds is your choice I suggest driving a few miles down the road to Hudson. This location would be a perfect location for an episode of Undercover Boss because there is a lack of training her specifically customer service! I witnessed a similar incident with another customer with the same disregard for his issue!
