Today I made the best choice by visiting this Verizon store! Lee and Sweeta made purchasing a new phone the easiest process ever. It took all about 45 minutes and I was out of there with everything I needed. But really this duo/location knows what they are doing! I highly recommend this store above others!!! I’ve been to other Verizon locations and have not nearly been as impressed with the customer service and experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I received an email telling me that my 3G phone needed to be upgraded and I was most reluctant to make the necessary change. Omar couldn’t have been more helpful. Always struggled with Honest and Helpful Customer Service. Went and switched carriers and got new phones for a great price. Alex helped us Greatly!!! Even convinced my mother into a better and newer phone which is awesome. Felt it was worth the price and definitely worth the wait. Waited a year to decide on a better Carrier than what I originally had. And I am very comfortable and happy with the decision made. Thank you so much. Left with no questions or concerns.
