I walked in to rent a vehicle but despite a parking lot full of vehicles I was told I could not get one until the next day. I gave it two stars because the intern that helped me was very pleasant.

getting a rental car here when your car insurance is picking up the bill is far less organized and not particularly pleasant. My previous 5 stars reviews were for renting numerous cars using my large employers corporate account. The change in the way you are treated, the speed of the transaction and the friendliness of the staff nosedived when they didn't see that VIP customer info on this latest rental. Lastly - for long term rentals, don't give people out of state tags. They function as a sign that says cut me off, tailgate me, etc etc. Sad that's it's true, but it is and they know it. I asked for a different car, but apparently they couldn't find anything worse than the one I had, so 30 days of RI plates. I wouldn't want those if I lived there. Remember that Hertz rents cars at Concord airport.

I reserved a rental for noon on a Saturday but due to a scarcity of Uber’s in my area, I wouldn’t arrive until 12:03. “Not a problem,” I thought, “I still have half an hour until pickup. I’ll just give them a call and explain that I’ll be a couple minutes late.” So I call, only to be told that the location can’t talk to me at the moment, but that they would call me back. I should have known not to get my hopes up, as I had been told this same thing once before by this same location only for them to never call back, but what could I do? I gave them my name and number and hoped that they would return my call before noon. Predictably, that didn’t happen. In the roughly 30 minute window of time since I called the office, hoping to explain that I would be just three minutes late for my pickup, the location rented my reservation to someone else without ever calling me back. Pretty cool place.

Tried to reserve a luxury sedan, was told one would be available but with a little later pick up time. When I went to get the vehicle it was a basic work truck. I was told this was all they had and was ensured I would have a vehicle the next day. After being in the truck for more than 5 minutes it’s very noticeable that someone smoked in here for an extended period of time. When I went to return it again today I was told there were no other vehicles available with a visabaly full lot. When I told them the vehicle smelled like smoke they said they didn’t smell it and there was nothing they could do. I will never use enterprise again

Yes of course, that’s the great thing about renal cars. As long as it go’s back to the same place you rented it from..

Yes. You will have to pay the daily fee.
Many are so equipped. If not, you may ask for a dash top unit that sits in a kind of sand bag.
