Came over there for a nice haircut and what I got turned out great. The service is brilliant, the staff are incredible and nice and what they've given to me was well worth it. Can't wait to come back again for my next appointment coming up. It's one that I highly recommend hands down.

I have come to the same place to get my hair cut probably 12 times over the past few years. I have even brought family members for their cuts. Until recently, I had no issues. Most recently, I called in on a Monday to see if they had an opening for 5:30 pm. I was told they were booked for the day, but had openings the next day. I work until 5 pm, so I scheduled my appointment with the woman on the phone for 5:30 pm the following day- Tuesday (9/14/21). (The same time I had requested the appointment on Monday.) I arrived at the store with more than 10 minutes to spare, but was told by the 2 women inside the locked store that they close at 5 pm. When I reiterated that I work until 5, and would not have made an appointment for before I could leave work, they said they could schedule me for the next day. While the website did update their hours and it does show a 5pm closing time, how it got past the person on the phone- twice!!- that I was scheduling an appointment after they close is awful. Very disappointing.

Went in to get my daughter a haircut where it says walk ins welcome for them to tell me they can't cut her hair. They were all booked up.. NO ONE WAS IN THE SALON!!! very unprofessional.
