It's hard to take the treatment seriously when a patient's "successful completion of treatment" coincides with the end of health insurance coverage. I witnessed an individual with a heavy opiate addiction "successfully complete treatment" after only 7 days of inpatient treatment - Coincidentally, that is the same length of time that the individual's insurance would fund. Tully Hill is really nothing more than an extremely expensive 12 step program which repeats itself every 14 days or so. Staff is overworked, patients are treated as a commodity, and concerns aren't taken seriously. I found more success with MAT and an outpatient program provided by Horizon Health Services than I did with In Patient at Tully Hill. At least the food was good.

Incredible place. Came here a desperate, broken, lost person who didn’t even know myself anymore. The great staff, counselors , doctors, nurses , team , patients, everyone involved was incredible. Very helpful and turned my life completely around for the way better. Entering, my life was complete darkness and never thought I’d see the light again. This place made me find hope and leaving there I was able to see light finally again. Thank you Tully hill !! You saved me. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is seeking help. Go there. Tully Hill saved my life. Everyone..from the counselors to the staff, were professional and caring in aiding my recovery. The patients, who come from all walks of life, reached out from the moment I arrived and made me feel like this is where I am meant to be. I would recommend the facility to anyone who wants a fighting chance to get their life back from the bondage of addiction.

Hi Michae, our Intake department in admissions is open to receiving referrals and screen M-F, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We do not conduct any ‘live’ department screenings or do any evaluations or admissions after 4:30 p.m. to 8 a.m. Mondays through Thursdays , or from 4:30 p.m. Fridays to 8 a.m Mondays. Over this weekend time period, you can call our numbers (315-696-6114 / 1-800-456-6114) and hit prompt #2 to connect with our on-call answering service, which will do a screening with you and pass along that information to us to follow-up on the following Monday a.m. Off-hours calls Mondays through Thursdays, the call service conveys the information the very next business day, which we also follow-up ASAPP that day.
