RUDE!!!! Staff member !!!! Didn't ask her name cause I don't want to ruined my day after what she did to me . I went to the store to buy a perfume for my daughter if it's not important I'm not gonna get it. I went to the store Dec.17 around 9 am . There's 2 people already paying I'm the first one in the line and I'm waiting when I noticed the arrow on the floor where you going to next so I moved to the next aisle where the arrow is . There's 2 staff member at the cash register the one on the left finished first so I'm thinking I'm next but she said loud I'm not the next one it's the other girl she's got their first ( my original spot but I moved because of the arrow) I told her I just followed the arrow and she said no we don't used that sign. So I control my emotions cause I don't want to argue with her. Please take out the arrow where the people going to go to pay if you're not going to follow it. This going to be my last time to go inside the store . That's why people now they rather do online shopping because there's some staff member who is rude and this ONE person bad for everybody. It's OK to to tell me I'm not the next one BUT HOW SHE SAID IT.

Employees need new training on how to talk to customers. We were never greeted when entering the store, asked if we had any questions, or if we needed help. Other people were greeted after us. The male employee was too focused on following us around from a distance and watching us the entire time. Lack of friendliness, customer service skills, and overall personality. They need some serious training on how to do their job.

I'm sorry, It would be best to co tact the store you shop in by phone ahead of your visit.
I don't work at Ulta. I know they have products for curly hair and I'm sure they can give you a curly haircut.
