**2022 update: I’ve now been a customer for over 5 years and have always been satisfied. I recently had some security concerns with the Central Square location and called and left a somewhat frustrated voicemail message. I was called back promptly the next morning, offered a discount on that months rent, and the problems were rectified quickly. Still satisfied after 5 years of renting.** Couldn't be happier with my overall experience. From the moment I met Kathleen at the Central Square location the customer service and overall experience could not have been better. Extremely helpful and informative. Covered all bases and made sure any questions or concerns I had were taken care of before we left. The entire process could not have been easier. The storage area itself was very neat and tidy...I left with absolutely no questions or second guesses in my mind. Very satisfied with the service I was given, the facility, and the rates are very reasonable too! I will definitely be using B&C for all my storage needs moving forward and will recommend everyone I can to do the same!

Just started using self storage. We are between houses. The area I put my RV was kind of hard to find, but I found it. A drive area was blocked by a trailer that I don't think was supposed to be parked there. Would have been easier to pull around through that way to my spot instead of backing down a longer way. The space I had to put my trailer in had some kind of sludge on the pavement, but only in a small section. Unfortunately I had to keep walking over it. Other than that it seems like a good place.
