Good experience. Helpful employees. I found the perfect pair of pants but could not find a top. I would definitely return because of the helpfulness of the employees and the selections. The store was not overwhelming and it was not too busy either.

This is a beautiful little store and one of my family's and my favorite places to shop. There are so many cute clothes, the staff will help you design an outfit or freshen up your wardrobe, and the prices are reasonable. There are always clearance items too.

I went into Cato to find an outfit and the one girl greeted me, but after that dead silence.... neither customer service rep asked me if they could help me, however they were talking to a customer and one girl even asked her if she wanted to be in their fashion show. I asked the one girl for a room to try on two tops. Still did not receive any help and this is everytime I pop into this store, I'm thinking to myself why would I spend my hard earned money here? Very very poor customer service🙁

Inexpensive but stylish clothing of decent quality. Stock rotates quickly so there is always something new. Great sales too. Staff could be more helpful and knowledgeable but you can't have it all. Super clean. Great for work clothes and weekend wear.
