We really enjoyed our lunch at Blue Valley Bistro. The Ruben panini was just fantastic! The drinks are always great as well. It's tastefully decorated and such a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy lunch with friends.

If I had a last breakfast meal before dying it might be the BVB breakfast burrito with one of their great coffees! The fresh ingredients, made to order, real meat and cheeses, holly smokes a breakfast burrito that has flavor and needs no extra sauce! Don't forget to grab a yummy pastry and dine in for a relaxing experience!

Frustrated with the bustling metropolis of Eugene we searched for a lunch spot in a small town where we could enjoy a more relaxed pace of life. Husband located Blue Valley Bistro and with just one look at their sandwich pictures had us nodding in agreement. Driving south on I-5 we kept getting multiple giant billboard taunts by another local bakery. We stayed our course and headed here and were rewarded with a delicious lunch. We split a large Turkey Pesto and a large Veggie Hummus panini. We can’t decide between the two which was best. Both equally yummy. Times like this it’s double rewarding to be married - get to try multiple tasty treats in one sitting. Highly recommend this place for lunch. Sure. It’s on a grocery store shopping center, but they did the ambiance just right. Tables outside with decor and inside looked cozy, too. Quirkiness: Women's restroom comes with lots of directions - how to shut the door and how to flush. 😂

Delicious breakfast burritos! Friendly staff! Yummy coffee! We drove through the area from out of state and were pleasantly surprised by this little café gem. The huge Monstera Deliciosa inside was a beautiful visual bonus. 💚

That’s a pretty open ended question but I can tell you we follow the protocol put fourth by Lane County Environment Health as a matter of best practices. We minimize contact with customers by operating out of our drive-through in Creswell and on a to-go basis in Coburg. Although, outside dining is permitted at both locations weather permitting. Some other safety measures we take are regular sanitization of all commonly touched surfaces like door knobs, point-of-sale, etc. and consistent employee bubbles (ie. The same people work together each day so if there was an outbreak it would be contained. I hope that helps put your mind at ease. If not, or if I didn’t answer your question, please let me know. Cheers, Seth
Bring them in to either location and one of our baristas can swipe them to see how much is on them
Yes. They have wine and beer on tap, and I think they have a few bottles of beer in the fridge, too.
They do! Call them Friday morning to confirm who's playing, or check their website.
