The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Up to date on boot and uniform regulations to help customers with purchase information. The sew shop is second to none in speed, accuracy and price. Easily worth the drive for quality service. Competition in the area charges almost double and often has mistakes. This store is fantastic.

Meh, if you're active military and like brand new stuff at premium prices, this is for you. I like the older stuff. There are two stores that offer basically the same items in the immediate area at competitively high prices. I will say the store layout was very organized, clean and neat. Other than that, unless you are forced to replace an issued item that you lost in a pinch... I'd wait and order it on ebay or better yet go to a surplus store that doesn't have a stranglehold on the already underpaid folks at Fort Drum.

Okay selection on certain brands. Prices are what you would expect being located so close to an Ft. Drum. Interior of the store is setup nice, very open floor plan. Staff was friendly each time.
