The staff is wonderful. Clean rooms. Real scrambled eggs at the breakfast bar. That's a real plus. My shower head wasn't working correctly and they gave me another room. Very courteous. Thank you James, for your hospitality.

Came for a wedding block. Traveled out of state. Terrible hotel. Friends mom found a cockroach in her bed and they didn’t give her full compensation or a new room. There were no light switches. Very depressing lighting and scene. The WORST part is there were bed BUGS. I woke up with bites all over my body. Also brought them home and had to exterminate the whole house. They have not responded to me. I would never stay at this line of hotels again. I’ve stayed in plenty Airbnb’s and hotels this is unacceptable and unsanitary. Please take me seriously ! This has been a true nightmare.

I will say the Staff was extremely helpful to me when I had a work event and to stay a little past check out. They even brought me some cookies while waiting in their court yard. I will be staying at the Best Western in Kingston again soon. Thanks again to the Administrative Staff. Also they provide a pool, Gym, and Arcade which was fun!

It's okay. Staff were very helpful though. It was a lot of walking to get around this hotel. It is way bigger than it looks from the outside. Pool is nice. Room was comfortable.
