Amazing food! The sandwiches are perfect. This shop has great breakfast sandwiches, and lunch sandwiches. With a great selection of iced teas, and cold drinks, as well as nice fresh coffee. They also have a little shop with local food and clothing products. A must stop if you're in the Ashoken area, and still worth it even if you're further away.

Marty’s Mercantile is a beautiful cafe tucked away near the Ashokan Reservoir. The staff was warm and inviting. They offer a great selection of breakfast/lunch items, baked goods and of course, coffee. (The cold brew coffee was awesome!) The market offers a variety of goods that are sourced from local farms and establishments. If you’re in the area, I’d highly recommend Marty’s!

Marty's Mercantile adheres to all NY State Covid-19 and CDC guidelines. All of our staff are required to wear PPE (masks & gloves) at all times. We clean and sanitize constantly while operating. We have eliminated all of our indoor seating to reduce to spread of COVID-19 and currently only provide sufficiently spaced outdoor seating and take-out.
There are picnic tables out back available for you to bring your food to.
Hi David, plenty of options for your pooch! Covered porch in front or you can go out back on the deck, in the yard or under the Apple tree. Look forward to seeing you!
