Do not get your child’s ears pierced here !!! First I payed 80$ for the piercing , the lady who did the piercing seemed nice and professional but the next day my 5 month old woke up with a fever she has had no other symptoms until the piercing I called to speak to the manager about the matter and she told me to take her to the doctor to see what’s wrong with her because they use sterile products she was very rude and then proceeded to tell me to take my daughters earrings out of my daughters ears bring them in to get a refund !!

What great service. Both employees were very friendly and welcoming. Went in for ear piercing got an 8 year old. Samantha was absolutely wonderful!!! Very good in educating us both. Very attentive and patient....even when I needed to take pictures to confirm placement of earrings. Definitely recommend this place!!! Thank you Sam!!! You made one little girls anxiety go away and experience a great in one!!!

I was over charged for my daughters ear piercing. Online it clearly states $59.99 and was charged $71.99 all because she wanted to up sale me the rapid healing clenser without asking if I wanted it. I even told her the online price and she told me that was for Stainless. I am calling Corporate
