This is where husbands and sons wait in the parking lot for their wives and daughters to pick some clothing that they will wear just once after purchase. I've spent many minutes here wondering when in the world they will get out hoping that they didn't sneak out to go to the TJ Max that is next door. I could be drinking a beer right now but alas, I'm waiting for the loves of my life to spend my hard earned money for clothes and other household items that will hopefully not be forgotten in the deepest recesses of their closets. Pray for me.

Straighten out your inventory Ross. Love your store but didn't like the mess it was in. It's hard to find what you're looking in this Ross.

I honestly don't know how Ross's stays in business. Their selection in clothing is beyond pathetic. Their inventory looks like it's a going-out-of-business sale. So sad, depressing store. Always feels half empty. I rarely ever go in there. A Ross in California is completely different & doesn't feel like a trip to a thrift store.

I found some REALLY nice items for my new place and of course they were super affordable. The store is in a convenient location but the customer service was HORRIBLE.
