Me and my family have a cabin outside of Dushore and we always eat at the jolly trolly. The food is great and its an overall nice place to eat. Highly recommend. The bad reviews because of the mask are honestly... well.

Love the food and the staff! Waitresses are friendly and attentive.Lots of unique souvenirs and Sullivan County merchandise. A must stop destination if you are visiting the mountains of Sullivan County. It is also a local favorite for breakfast and lunch!
