When I first opened my burger the top bun was completely soaked, I picked it up and both top and bottom buns were drenched and dripping. I lifted the top bun and the toppings weren’t even on the burger itself! They were in the box! There was a hair in my burger, and my sauces were open!!!

Lately the service has been horrible. Made me pull forward to wait for fries, then when I get my order I only get 1 of the 2 orders of fries and they where cold. How does that even happen?

This place is a joke anymore. Ever since the pandemic they've removed items off their menu. All grilled chicken was removed, salads were removed and the bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich is gone. Tell me what these certain foods have to do with the pandemic. Why is the crispy chicken sandwiches still on the menu, but not the grilled? This place makes no sense whatsoever 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️🙄

Horrible, i ordered at 10 peice nugget meal, two mcchickens and a medium fry. They forgot the fries and the barbeque. One of the sandwhiches was messed up. They had the buns together and the chicken on the outside. They fixed it. When i got home they still forgot one of the fries and only gave me on barbeque for 10 nuggets. And my food was cold because i had to wait. Very poor service
