Convenient and open late. The food is pretty good too. However they jacked up the prices very recently 20-25% across the board. Too expensive now I don't think I'll be coming back after this

Dope chicken spot. I go here during my lunch break when I'm doing graveyard shifts. They're fries and sandwiches are really good.

I got the $36.99 Dinner Bucket deal and they gave me all dark meat as I requested. Their prices have increased a bit from the menu on this Google menu. Their website connects to Uber Eats for online delivery or pickup ordering. The chicken is fantastic…crispy with just the right amount of salt. I debated and ultimately did take a star away because the sides aren’t that great despite the fact that the fried chicken is why I came here and what really matters. But here’s the breakdown of the masked potatoes and gravy, biscuits, and coleslaw. They beef flavoring in the gravy was a bit too overpowering. The biscuits were flavorful yet rather tough. The coleslaw just didn’t taste very good and there was too much dressing. I’ll definitely go back, but only for the chicken.

Ahh, what can you say about this place that everyone in jersey city doesn't already know. Every guy behind the counter is rude, the place looks like a gun fight is gonna break out any second, the customers are just as rude and abrasive, the chicken is great when fresh, horrible when sitting for a while, never consistent, the seating is freaking weird, but with all of that this place is an old school classic that has been around for generations. Now, some sure shot always great choices spinach and pizza rolls, gyros on pita w/ fries, and the desserts are always good. When the chicken is fresh, its fabulous. But like I said, the chicken is hit or miss. You gotta look at that joint and really decide if it looks fresh. The guy will ALWAYS say it is, but that's his job. Shop smart.
