I am so disappointed. After spending $55 on 4 pieces of cheese, a few cookies and granola I got home to find out that three out of the 4 cheeses were rotten. What a waste of $. Only the morning fog cheese was good. The others were slimy and exceptionally strong smelling when I opened the package. I generally like strong bold flavored cheese such as Stilton, but these had gone bad.

We stopped by this week and bought Alpine Style Nicasio Reserve. Yum! My husband, a retired state and national cheese judge, says this one would do very well in cheese competitions. Congratulations Lafranchi family!

The cheese shop has lots of different varieties that you can't always find at local stores and markets. Ask them for any of the new cheeses they are working on and they will give you a sample. You can also pick up fixings for a picnic like crackers and jams (but there really isn't seating so you will need to take your picnic somewhere else).

Hi Tad, Thanks for your inquiry. No we do not make Morbier cheese. It does look delicious, but I'm not sure if anyone in the U.S. makes it. Best, Scott
Yes 10am to 5pm
We take our Covid safety practices very seriously: We have a hand santizing station prior to entering the store. All customers and employees are required to wear masks We very much limit the number of people in the store at any one time. We seperate the sales clerk from the customers with a glass partition. Customers paying by credit card do not have to touch any of our equipment. All of our employees have at least had their first vaccination shot and are scheduled for their second. Come out and see the beautiful green fields this time of year!
We were at the farm and bought there several cheeses, but we tasted them before. I don't know, which cheese exactly you are talking from.
