Workers are miserable. This one lady with white nails, took my order and gave me the complete wrong order. She had a attitude for no reason. Never going back again. Disgusted, someone needs to do something about her.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I order online, my order is always missing an item. I use to work customer service, so I understand mistakes here and there, but it is EVERY TIME. I'm trying to understand why no one is double checking the orders. It is beyond ridiculous. Plus, they also do not give out condiments.

One of the worst Wendy’s you can go to.they won’t let you sit in the dining are after 9pm. I went with my family to have dinner,as we were sitting down to order,someone yelled loudly no sitting.I think the right way to say sorry the dining are is closed for today.most of the staff are rude or doesn’t have proper training. Drive thru is okay but slow as usual. Not recommended!

Waited 40mins in line to place an order and another 10mins for the manager to check if the bill I give them was fake. I was told by the cashier that they cannot accept this bill since his manager could not tell if it's real or fake!!!! Wendy's train your managers, they're incapable of performing the job assigned to them. Poor management Skills.
