Walked in and was greeted a young man said, can I help you. Told him I needed notary service. As he went to get her. someone else walked up to me and said can I help you.. Jessica took care of the notary service she was very fast, friendly and efficient. Great customer service I will definitely come back.

Sarthi was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my packages were shipped correctly. I have a small business selling candles and I needed them to be packaged and shipped to my clients. He went over all the options for me and gave me different quotes for each candle as well, which I appreciated. The transaction was smooth. He even mentioned to me that they were open Sunday’s if I needed to ship anything out as well. I was unaware of all the other services they provide such as notary, passport photos, shredding, faxing and so many more. I’ll be returning with my amazing returns as well. During my visit, they were training a couple new employees but they assured me they’ll be right with me and walked me through the process of everything as well. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience. Kudos to the new team for providing such great service!

I visited this UPS store and was immediately greeted by Sarthi! I needed some items urgently notarized and shipped out. He explained all the options and also suggested my documents to be signed when they arrived so I would have a confirmation by whom they were received by. I decided to ship it overnight to ensure my closing would be on time for my new home. I couldn’t help but notice how clean the store was and extremely organized! They also had Sanitizers on the counters which was nice given the times. The entire team was super friendly, helpful, and professional. They made what would typically be stressful situation the total opposite. I highly recommend this location and will be returning again soon.

Went in here this morning to update my passport application and print some items (no printer at home) and the staff was on it! The sales guy Sarthi took my picture and even double checked my PDF application to ensure everything was correct before they send it out. I forgot to sign in one spot! He took the time to show me how to print things quickly from my USB drive, so I can do it quickly next time and pay. This location is managed well and they all have great work attitudes. I’ll definitely be back soon!
