Ordered food 3:55…got Salad with no salad dressing .. and still waiting for the dressing 15 mins we were not offered water Waited 20 mins for a coke and beer…it’s now 4:23 still no drink. short staff on a holiday weekend.. staff focus on online orders…

Food was delicious I just didn't like that sweet sauce they give with fried chicken, I asked for regular gravy. The ambiance was great with good music

Horrible food quality! The food is not fresh smells old & it’s rubbery! The manager Josie did not try to resolve the problem. I’ve dined in the summer as well & they brought me food with hair in it! I tried to give them another chance because we are in a pandemic & support local business but this is unacceptable & dangerous! Someone can get sick eating this.

The place serves tasty food (rasta pasta) and the rum punch is great. Staff did wear mask at all times 👍🏾👍🏾. However, with the pandemic they did add $1 to your drink orders. Also, after you get your food on the table they give you one hour to complete your meal. Just make sure you're party is complete before dining-in because space is limited. I did not notice any outside dining areas. Overall, footprints is a staple of BK and the one in Coney Island is pretty good. Pricey but good. Lastly, this place has vegetarian options however I did not see any vegan options. If you are plant-based you need to make that clear with the staff....
