Amazing dumplings, confusingly large variety, all good. The spicy sauce is also great, but you have to ask for it. Never had a bad dish here. Service is friendly and slow. It is like visiting an Uyghur home, at least I imagine it must feel like this. A real gem

This was my first time trying Uyghurs food, it was absolutely Delicious 10/10. The food was full of flavor, everything freshly made so take a little time, great service and cozy place. The painting and cultural decor on the wall gives the place a really nice vibe. Keep in mind, the portion is little small, and everything you have to pay for. Even water that’s the only down side. I would highly suggest this place to anyone. Loved it!! 💖💖👍👍

Best Uyghur food I've had in NY so far!!! So fresh and delicious. We ordered fried manti, lagman noodles, and polo. Warm and authentic atmosphere. We came over an hour away and it was totally worth it.

There are a few amazing uyghur restaurants in New York City, and this is definitely the best one I've tried in Brooklyn. The food is just so damn flavorful; we came with high expectations off a recommendation, but they blew us away. Very friendly staff and a good family vibe all around. Can't recommend them enough. I don't remember some of the menu item names, but you can just show them the picture below and ask for it. You won't be disappointed.

I was born in Uzbekistan, and they do have some uzbek dishes, so I hope they don't change the description! Thank you
You can call directly to the Kashkar cafe and ask them if they have liver kebabs. I have been there several times, but have not seen such a shish kebab and beshbarmak. But maybe they started doing it, so call them and find out.
I feel like i've seen larger groups bring in a six pack, but i would call them up and ask if you can byob.
