I stopped to grab a drink with a friend. Even though I've worked in the area for seven years, it was the first time in this tavern. It was immediately warm, friendly and inviting. My Long Island Iced Tea was delicious, the music was fun and the bathroom was impeccably clean. I definitely recommend.

Delicious food and a friendly staff. Service was a bit slow, but if you've got time to wait it's a great stop.

Great olde New York, old man bar. Check your pretense at the door. Not too many like this left where you pay a fair price for a simple beer and a burger. So steady and reliable it surely has not changed a bit since it opened.

The service is quick and delivers in quality. I got the wings as my meal and the were crispy, hot, and huge! Came with a good amount of celery and carrots. My husband was happy with his fish and chips. The cider beer on tap was the best I've had and the bathrooms were clean! Great little place with history.

Hi there, we do reserve tables for groups of ten or more. We generally do not reserve individual tables but if you are close by and call, we can try and hold a table for you. As the guide noted, our menu is pub fare done well
An average beer is $5. They have a deal for a PBR and a shot for $5 as well. Also PBRs are $3
Yes it was briefly called the Bridge Street Pub in the late 70s for between 1-2 years.
no, there are many taxi stands. There arw two parking lots near by. Best bet is try public transportation or park uptown then take the train down
