I tried out the Liverpool location recently and the first time I got an Asian server who was absolutely miserable and you could tell she did not want to be there. I considered never going back. I tried it one last time and got the world's absolute greatest server. Shelby is an absolute treasure. By far the greatest server I have ever experienced and I will be going back for her alone. She was attentive and cared about all her customers, she was quick and always had a smile on her face

Went here with a few friends of mine. Great food. I just want to say the waiter Shelby did a outstanding job. You have a great server on your hands. Super friendly, did a amazing job explaining the differences between foods, and dealing with our order.

I came in for ice cream with my boyfriend and received the most AMAZING service from a waitress by the name of Shelby. She was warm and welcoming and checked in on us periodically with a smile to make sure we where doing okay! I would come back to friendlys 1000 times just for her service alone.

I haven't been to a Friendly's in well over a decade due to not living near one. Since I was visiting friends in the area, I BEGGED to go back and they happily obliged, never being to one before. Happy to say our waitress was overly kind and you have two new Friendly's fans! I will definitely return if I come back to the area :D
