I can't rave enough about Perry Family Furniture! Their furniture is beautiful and excellent quality. We love the furniture we purchased and received a good deal during "No Tax Week." The staff was pleasant, incredibly helpful, and exceedingly patient (they exchanged a lampshade for me 3 times). They will be my first stop next time I need something.

I ordered a beautiful new bedroom set back on August 12th, 2020. I got a new bed including headboard, footboard, bed rails, box spring, new mattress, dresser with a mirror, chest dresser and two nightstands. I understood with Covid that it would delay shipping. I got half of my order back in November which included my two dressers, mattress, and due to some manufacturing issues they gave me a loaner box spring which was nice. I always had to call to find out the status of the rest of my order, the one dresser had marks on it from the manufacturers, and nobody seemed to be on the same page. I am just getting my full order delivered today after 5 months. The furniture is absolutely beautiful but the customer care during this entire process has been almost nonexistent. I feel as though when you buy locally you should get weekly to biweekly updates on the status of your order because originally they told me it would be 6-8 weeks and it was 5 months. Overall, I love the furniture I ordered but I will not be using Perry’s Family Furniture again.

My son who has lived in the Perry New York area for the past six years has bought many pieces of furniture from family furniture. He has been happy and satisfied with his purchases. He more recently went to buy a mattress and decided after he bought it that he wanted to upgrade and save his money for that purpose. Tara The sales woman was professional, understanding and was all about customer satisfaction. Nicole the manager who we knew from previous experience with her was also very understanding and refunded my sons money with absolutely no hassle! Great customer service all around
