Service is abominable! Counter staff would not take my order. Served others who came after me. Pace was glacial, making this painful. Manager had no idea what was going on.

Not what this place used to be. This used to be the place that we ordered from that never disappointed. I ordered a large pizza last Friday 5/27 and just didn't seem like it was cooked long enough, yet when husband brought it home, it was as if it had already sat out for an hour. Too much cheese and sauce to the point it was just messy with a thick layer of cheese, not that melty cheesy goodness, the pepperoni was soggy, and the dough was also soggy like bread, not like a crispy crust. Today we went in just for a quick slice. The pizza was piping hot, ok great, but again, way too much cheese and sauce, like thick layer of cheese, and gobs of sauce. The dough was also super soft too that I debated putting it in the air fryer when I got home. I think they got new staff and it shows. My husband said a few young kids standing around tonight doing nothing while one guy was working the counter.

Ordered a mushroom pizza today (5/19) and the pizza is so under cooked it literally needed to go into my personal oven. The point of ordering in, is so you don't have to cook yourself!

Salvatore's sells HUGE slices. They are really 2slices of a large pizza -- a quarter of a pizza!! They have the right ratio of sauce to cheese. Sometimes they have an off day, like they did yesterday. 😕
