Hi I did a little research on line as that is the only way we would have to sell that kind of item and unfortunately there were not many sold and the ones that had were for half or less of that unfortunately sorry. Someone purchasing one would also have to pay shipping so if you can find a local retail buyer your price might be within reason though. Good luck and thank you for contacting us!

Hello! Dolls are a hard thing to appraise as there are a lot of variations and condition considerations, and although we do buy some dolls it is not something we appraise. If they are something you are thinking of selling you are certainly welcome to bring them in for us to look at and offer on, and Mike does have a good knowledge of older bisque head German dolls. We do buy older Madame Alexander dolls also. But to do a formal appraisal if for insurance purposes you should look for a specialist. Thanks!
