I have had an incident regarding an aggressive dog. No one in our apartment complex could receive mail. I complied and removed the dog. Now a Supervisor needs to come and inspect the premise and after 2 weeks no one has arrived. I have been to the Post Office nearly every day and still NO response. And we have no mail delivery. Employee named Augie is very rude and unfair to customers. I had an appointment at a certain time but I had te refill out a document but he made me do it out of line and then another appointment came and he let the other person take my spot. I've heard bad things about this dude on how he always has something to say and always has an attitude towards everyone. I know mail service employees can get impatient because mail revolves around waiting but this is for sure the worst employee of mail service I've ever come by.

Yesterday on the 15th of January 2021 I experienced an encounter I never thought would happen. I was denied my mail. You see recently the post office stopped delivering to my apt complex due to theft. So we have to pick up our mail at the PO. I ended up calling the clerk out on her lack of customer service due to her being extremely rude. As a result her and the male clerk denied my right to my mail and I was threatened that they would call the cops if I didn’t leave. Ended up leaving without my mail because they refused to give it to me out of spite!
