I've been coming here for years including the old branch across from dmv. Staff has turned over and incompetence is at an all time high. In response to your request for me to reach out to you via email, no thank you. Your insurance prices are higher than the average but with the convenience of the aaa locations it made it somewhat doable. When I can no longer utilize such services due to incompetence and considering the simplicity of what I was trying to accomplish, I don't think I'll be using aaa moving forward. Always a line, slow and lately incompetent service and complications every time I call in with suggestions to change my entire account around every time. Bummer. Any suggestions for alternative providers?

I get 5 free tow miles from AAA. I was towed from my home in Pittsburg to MINI on Market St in Concord. The trip odometer showed 10.2 miles for the return trip. Doesn't $98 seem wrong for 5.2 miles?
