I wish, I knew the name of the individual who does the passports (gray hair older male). He is extremely rude, very disrespectful. I have never, experienced such an unpleasant human being in my life. He is misinformed, and assumes he knows everything. He doesn't even give you a chance to speak/explain. He needs to be fired or educated. Taking my business elsewhere.

The lady named Nancy has been the worst representation of this post office and all U.S. post office locations I have ever experienced. She is rude, unprofessional, incompetent of her work, and irresponsible of her misconduct. I came in about the issue of misplaced mails in address change. Officially according to the USPS, they send an address change notice letter to the new address, and another letter to the old address. But to avoid responsibility right on her desk, this Nancy almost yelled at me that all mails were forward to new address. And she couldn't help any further. When thrown with this reluctant sending off, I asked for the manager. She broke out to me that I should have asked for manager in the first place. And now, a purposely irresponsible USPS worker, who misrepresent to a client even against the USPS rule, tried to bully and mouth shut that client with another blame: why not first asking for the manager, instead of her. She should have referred to the manager when she did not like her job, and did not like to do it. The job she thinks that she can use benefit and status, yet can also bully customers instead of serving them. And ruin all the good repetition USPS has tried to built at the same time.

Have a package that needs to be shipped back to sender. The return label is attached and prominently displayed on package. No stamps needed. Was not taken by postman. When I try to call to complain and ask someone to make sure it's picked up, I get recording on evey number I call. Service has gone way down. Would have been nice if I could have talked to someone.

I’ve got an appointment for renewing passport for 3 of my teen kids. My 45’ min allotment turned our to very unpleasant 2 min. talking with a female Vietnamese speaking staff and 3 minutes with her supervisor. They refused passport as they proof of citizenship, insisted on the citizenship certificates, which is not required by the Department of State. The supervisor told me that she “has been doing passport for 25 years, and passport is NOT a proof for citizenship” and “we are only the agent, if you bring correct document, we will process, unless we don’t” [sic]. I email the National Passport Information Center and the answer as below: “Any full validity U.S. passport (i.e., military, official or regular passport), in good condition, even if expired, is always evidence of citizenship.” I don’t think that a supervisor who has 25 years working in USPS may wrongly misinterpreted such simple requirement of US Department of State, so the reason why she refused to renew my kids passport is beyond my imagination. If need to satisfy her requirement, I wouldn’t have such money ($1,170 is cost of one certificate of citizenship) means my kids are not able to get their new passports. I saw on the reviews people have been complaining about exact problem at this USPS for long time, nothing changed! How many victims were like us, and how many will be? That is a painful question for me, and for you too, my fellow US citizens.

Nothing wrong in the mail delivery system. Contact the supervisor or talk to your carrier . Or else you could sign up for informed mail
There should be a tracking number for the return package (I'm not sure). If the seller says the package is not delivered, then you can use the tracking number as proof. Hope this helps.
