I am a little confused why a company would deliver a shipment stating 3 pallets. Roadrunner calls to schedule a delivery knowing they only have 2 pallets out of the 3. Once they arrive they know of the shortage and tell us to start a claim with the OS&D department. Now shouldn't this have done before you bringing it out. Dock check between 3 places is hard I guess when you probally make this mistakes on a daily. The procedures of receiving loads between docks is clearly not follwed. The cost of our time and roadrunners time is waisted. It is clearly to hard for someone at Roadrunner to use the brian to prevent headaches to other especially during this time. Prapaid bill to get this unprofesional service. keep in mind Roadrunner you can create a new logo for a image but when your companies work ethnics are poor it doesn't matter. This will be noted never to use raodrunner with our vendors

We pulled in at 6:30 to get our load and it's now the next day at 9:31 am and they still don't have it ready. We have to wait another night before it'll be ready but they wanted us here by 10 last night. I don't recommend taking loads from here.

Gas stove shipped and arrived at terminal. Never called to setup a delivery. Have been calling everyday for a week no one knows where my item is or what to do to get it delivered to me. Poor experience

While driving through the desert with spotty phone service, I received a call from Sean to follow up on my request for a shipping quote. After answering the call I lost phone service and the call disconnected. When I made it back into cell service I was surprised to hear a truly appalling voice message from Sean... "Hey Corey, Sean over at Roadrunnner, just following back up with you, you just hung up with me. Just wanted to give you a heads up, I never understand why people do that, it's really goofy and immature and kind of cowardly. It would be a lot quicker and easier if you just said you didn't need the service and wouldn't really waste either of our time. Also maybe don't put your phone number in if you don't want the calls. Just wanted to give you a heads up and let you know about yourself. OK thanks, bye bye." Well, since Sean was kind enough to assume he knew me, yet not respectful enough to leave his call back information, I took it upon myself to reach out to the number he called from and requested to speak with him. Unfortunately, he let me go to voicemail. I left him a message that let him know that our call had been dropped and that I had received his informative voice message and that I was returning his call to discuss my quote despite his tactless accusations and condescending message. Unsurprisingly, I have not heard back from Sean. I will be using a different transporter.
