I bought 4 tires from them and had the front and rear end aligned on my 2017 Cadillac. 4,000 miles later the back tire on the inside was shredded took it to my mechanic, he could tell by the bolts that it was never aligned.. told them they never payed me back for it I used to go there all the time. Not anymore, total scam artist. Don’t let them scam you too.

On a recent road trip I got a slow leaking tire and I thought all was lost. But I found Belle Tire and even though they were they were closing in an hour and a half, they fixed the leak before closing for the day. They also didn’t charge me for the repair which still blows my mind….everyone was very professional, efficient and nice. And now I’m back on the road (don’t worry I’m not driving) and won’t have to spend the night in Terra Haute due to tire issues.

We purchased new tires because they were the best price in town. We then made the mistake of taking them up on there offer of free rotation. I waited over three hours (after calling ahead and told no appointment was necessary). They broke two lug nuts and did not replace them nor tell me. They neglected to balance and align my vehicle which I'm told by law, they are required to do. When my vehicle started shaking like crazy, I decided to go somewhere else. Tire Barn fixed all of these unsafe problems as well as found a defect in the band of one of my new tires. Belle Tire is of course replacing it under warranty but the main thing I want people to know is my vehicle was not taken care of. The vehicle that drives around my babies was unsafe for two weeks! It was negligent. The workers are friendly and professional but my vehicle was not properly taken care of. They didn't take the time. The phone rings every second and the door opens with new costumers every minute. Quantity over quality. Not for me, wont make that mistake twice.
