I should have listened to my instincts and never went here. This place is nothing but a billing/information collection scam. They make you sign tons of agreements so they can store your card info. Which they then sell to Athena. They also do not let you pay your bill right away. I despise companies like this one. Seriously, do not even think of going to this place. Your health is of their last concern.

Took my mom in for a visit at 6:30PM. She was experiencing COVID like symptoms (cough, congestion, etc.). She luckily does not have COVID but does have a bad cold/early onset pneumonia. She was tested outside for COVID before being allowed inside for a visit (took ~10 mins). We were in and out within an hour. She had an xray done, visit with the doctor, meds prescribed to the pharmacy right across the street. She's feeling MUCH better already. Can't rave enough about the super clean facilities and the amazing doctor. He completed a thorough exam, got us in and out so quickly, and explained everything so clearly. STRONGLY recommend coming to this urgent care. Saved us a long, dreaded ER trip. THANK YOU for taking such great care of my mom!

I love this place in Laguna Niguel! They are the best! Made a mistake of trying to go somewhere else. Make the right choice and go here. They are so nice and attentive and it doesn’t take all day to be seen.
