We've lived here a little over a year and we love it here. The apartment is adorable, the complex is beautiful, and the staff have been really great the few times I've needed to bug them. We actually really like it here to the point that we're needing a bigger apartment so we're just going to transfer to a bigger one, here. Honestly a pretty great renting experience

A little birdie has informed me that after I left the office the other day, my neighbor saw the property manager rolling her eyes and making a comment about me when I had walked out of the office. I only had gone in to ask about my lease coming to an end soon and to explain my options since this is my first apartment, so this process is new to me. I feel judged and it's a little humiliating that I am being told by someone I see everyday. By the way, good luck trying to call someone in their corporate office..

We lived here for 10 months and had no problems with staff. Maintenance issues where fixed in a decent amount of time. We lived in an upstairs 3bed/2ba unit and our utility bill averaged about $150/mp. We did end up hanging curtains & buying floor fans to use during the summer as the ac couldn't keep up on the super hot days. During the winter months, the apartment stayed relatively warm. I attribute the warmth rising from our downstairs neighbors. We could definitely tell when they weren't home. All in all, the apartment suited our needs as a temporary place to live until we found a house. 4 stars due to it being in an awesome location and being zoned for PHM schools.
