I'm a regular customer here at Alhambra's Bay Street Post Office. This facility has wonderful and knowledgeable staff. To name a few: Ivy, Cynthia, Adrian, Ve, Michael, Zhe, & Miguel. I've worked with all these staff members. They all offer a different and professional approach to customer service. This is a great facility to ship from. I've seen lines out the door and they move along pretty well. Thanks

Held my package for over a month and never reached out to me. I had to reach out to them and all the sudden package shows up with postage dues of $50. Then they lost another package of mine that was worth hundreds of dollars. Always getting postage dues notices even though I make sure the weight on my packages and dimensions are correct before shipping. Something scandalous is going on at this location.

Horrible service all the way around. When this was my local post office, packages would arrive but sometimes a slip wouldn't be placed in the box. I had to go directly to the front to ask if they had my package but if I didn't have tracking numbers and other proof, they would say they never received it. When I would check tracking numbers online, they would cease to be updated once they reached this post office or have incorrect information saying someone else picked it up or it was sent to another post office. Now that I no longer live in the area, I set up a mail forward over 6 months ago. But I received forwarded mail no more than 3 times, and only after persistently contacting them about not receiving any mail. None of my packages were forwarded. I had to go in person and pick up several packages, and practically demand that future ones be forwarded, after which they still did not forward any. My current post office responds to phone calls immediately and online claims within 24 hours with direct calls and personal service. In comparison, this post office responded to 1 out of several claims with a generic email where the postal worker didn't bother filling in the boxes that said [insert information here] with anything. Additionally, this post office's phone number just rings through no matter what time you call. I am very pleased to no longer have to associate with this post office. I am also pleased that the post office is changing to include nicer staff and self-serve kiosks, so hopefully, if things don't improve, customers can at least work around the poor service.
