Bagels are very flavourful. I tried the Salsa Jalapeno and sun dried tomatoe. Each had its unique flavor.the cream cheese was also very tasty. The scones were fresh . friendly staff and quick service. Totally great place for Bagels in Rochester

I have lived in rochester my whole life, and it wasn’t until two summers ago that I found balsams. Honestly blown away by the quality and variety. They have many gluten free and vegan options. And don’t even get me started on all the different cream cheese spreads they provide. (There are like 20 mouth watering flavors... savory, sweet, salty, spicy etc) During the pandemic they have accommodated all the needed precautions and I am always impressed with their service.
