ahhh, good old narbys, first things first if you are apart of the 90% of the world that uses a card this place is most certainly not for you, they “accept” card but if you try to use one to buy anything Sharon, the owner will huff, puff throw her hands up & make rude, nasty comments about the inconvenience of it, secondly if you accidentally purchase an out of date item from this classy shop, DO NOT return it or try to let the owner know it is out of date. You most definitely will be verbally assaulted, id rather eat the 6 month old sour cream she sold me then ever return to this establishment again.

Father’s Day weekend and we stayed at the property next door to this shop. Out of curiosity we visited Narby’s and found it to be wonderful! My dad was able to find some items (cocoon sunglasses and rain gear) and told me the prices were lower than online. The store had everything we needed (we forgot some condiments etc). Sharon was great. We chatted for some time! And then do my dismay I discovered my wallet was missing. I was convinced I dropped it somewhere in the store and it was scooped up by a customer. Sharon felt awful and insisted we check every possible place I was in both stores…and then we found it. As I was keeping an eye on my toddler granddaughter I (like a dummy) put my wallet in a shelf and searched through t-shirt sizes. She saved Father’s Day and the whole weekend! Bottom line- she has been working her store for 55 years and still goes above and beyond for everyone- whether she just met you or you are a regular. This store is what America is all about.

Very basic fishing supplies, but has what you need to get the job done. The corner store has the basics you need to avoid having to run into Albion unless you need lots of groceries.

Always so fun shopping here! The staff in the tackle store are always nice and friendly. The staff in the grocery store are usually nice, but on occasion we’ve not liked the unfriendly cashier.
