Great food but horrible customer service. Have been disappointed a few times with the service. Last night really made me furious. They don’t want anyone walking in which is fine. Instead they created a pick up window. The issue is they get several people at the window that wait in line. Instead of greeting people…asking what their order is and having them step aside to allow the next person in line to the window they have the first person just sit there until the order is done. This is not just the restaurant…it is also the ignorance of people picking up to not allow the others to check in. We arrived to pick up our order yesterday. We had a half hour to get it….get home and eat before my daughter had to be at a school event. I waited in the car with my little one well my daughter waited in line. After sitting there for 5 minutes while the same guy just stood in front of the window I called them to check on our order. They told me it was ready so I informed them my daughter was standing in line waiting. Asked if they could please get it to her. Nothing. 10 more minutes goes by. The guy finally got his order then the next lady does the same thing he did. Stands in the window and waits. I again call. I tell them we need to leave and can’t wait any longer. I’m told they will get it to her. They failed to do so again. So here we are…20 minutes down…10 minutes before my daughters event and the lady in the window finally gets her order and leaves. Absolutely ridiculous! Post something asking people to check in and step aside if this is the system you want to use!!! Moved to the area a short time ago and have become a regular however after this I’m not sure we will return.

Food was fresh and very tasteful at a great price ..the ingredients they used are tue best around had to drive a little bit to get it but well worth the drive !!! Great job guys

The woman there is so generous and kind. They are a very hard working family from China trying to live the American Dream. Every time I go there there is nothing but a genuine smile from the woman behind the counter. I highly recommend this restaurant because the food is yummy and the people there are so very wonderful!
