They called me before my appointment time and didn't bother to call me at my appointment time. I was working and left early for this appointment. If an employee calls early please have the decency to call at appointment time. Some of us can't receive a call until appointment time.

The office was closed during office hours and they did not notify anyone with an appointment causing people to waste time money and unnecessary exposure to the virus by being outside. And there were employees inside the office.They didn't even post a sign outside the looked door. Really? Not one person could do that? I had to run and catch one of the employees in the parking lot to ask what was going on.They need to step it up in view if the state of emergency we are in. I sent a message to the White House about this. It is unacceptable for a US office of that level to have such disregard to the very people they are supposed to be helping. Shame in them.

You get them from your employer or IRS not social security. The only thing you can get there is a 1099 form. Hope this helps
