Service department did a great job, they were communicative and courteous. I have no complaints about the work done and would return. Only issue I had was that while they had my car for about two weeks (not their fault) it was obviously stored outdoors (that's fine) but was returned covered with hardened pine sap and deeply set tree dropping stains. It's costing me quite a lot to have the paint corrected and finish restored. I don't expect them to keep every car showroom clean but it went in that way with less than 300mi on the clock and came home with damaged paint.

My experience at this dealership was perfect. It was real quick and easy the staff was very friendly and upbeat, definitely a great vibe in there. Shout out to Karlo he helped a lot showing me the features of the car and getting everything set up for me. Really happy with my purchase!

My service advisor was super friendly. My service was quick and on time. I’m giving a 4 star rating because i was disappointed with how my car looked when i picked it up. The technicians seat and floor cover paper was left in my car like trash. A nice pile of it and no car wash after my service. Gone are those days I suppose. My daughter has a Mini Cooper and she was given a beautiful car wash after her recent service. Bummer for me.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership and their staff!! Everyone is so nice and extremely helpful. I was approaching the end of my lease and needed to find a new car asap. Due to Covid, the market has been terrible. They helped me get a car that made sense with my budget and also was a huge upgrade from my last. Highly recommend getting your Benz here!!

My car has been in MBZ dealer on Van Nuys Blvd in Sherman Oaks for collision repair since November 17-2021. Inquiry calls are not responded to, and when it is returned,the rude, unprofessional employee comes up with ridiculous excuses. What should I do?
You have to be the owner in the registration, otherwise they will not sell it to you, call them
First I started as a phone call offer from sales person by name of illagiu then offer satisfaction Serj started with Brian sales manager then finance manager mr Alvarez after I met him in office then he close the deal right there, thanks but the way they explained it was friendly advice from them and I expected because everything was cleared, I am very happy after first bad experience with other dealer thank god I got the good deal.
