I use to get my hair colored there until I had Amy who left the hair dyed in too long because she was too busy complaining about how little to no tip she got.i usually see Shaina who is wonderful. My hair is currently 4 months later still falling out and they think 2 free conditioning treatments is acceptable currently still falling out in lumps no apology from any herself who was in the salon when I recently got my haircut by shaina shameful. So sad. And very unprofessional coughing all over customers as she is cutting hair.

First time I went there someone over processed my hair. I went to someone else there the second and third time who was much better. They aren’t great with telling their customers how much of a product to use but they are polite.

The ONLY person I will see there is Cindy. She listens to you on what you want,makes it look really nice, and if you show her a pic she does it exactly like the pic. I went the other day and saw a different stylist she cut my sons hair and mine WAY too short completely ignoring what I asked for both of us. My hair was at the bottom of my back, I wanted it below my shoulders...now its chin length and buzzed at the bottom! This isnt the first time, everytime I see someone other than Cindy it's a disaster. This will be my last time trusting someone other than her there.
