Subs have gone down hill majorly. Me and my family have always gone to Chapman's for subs! To be honest, the only place! Recently under new management, the prices are a bit high for subs that have gotten worse. Bread has changed for one, rough hard bread and the lettuce tasted so old. When you ask for extra, they fail to give you extra. I think I'll go else where for now on. Majorly good sub place in rutland, might just travel to get a good sub. Wishing Chapman's the best. Always been a family favorite since I was young. Just not anymore.

Great service from a group of friendly people who obviously know everyone in the community and seek to provide for their needs. Subs, sandwiches, daily homemade stews and dishes, and delicious ice cream.
