They went above and beyond to help us out with any questions and concerns. Overall we were extremely satisfied. They take very good care of their customers!! I visited Nissan of Torrance because I wanted to get my brakes serviced and Chris and the tech were nice enough to work out a deal for me which I appreciate. However, I was disappointed when I got my car back and saw that my wheels had been scratched around where the lug nuts are. I understand that the Rays wheels are easy to scratch on the 370z, but I assumed some extra care would be taken. I contacted Chris who was my service advisor and he told me he would have the tech who worked on my car contact me. Over a day goes by and I am still waiting to be contacted. To get my wheels repaired will probably be a costly one and I will be going to another shop in the future. I care a lot about my car as a car enthusiast, but I guess its a failure on my part that I didn’t remind the tech to be careful. UPDATE I would like to first thank Elizabeth's superb customer service for reaching out to me and making things right. She was excellent in following up and walked me through the course of action that Nissan wanted to take, which resulted in repainting all four wheels. The paint shop that Nissan decided to go with did manage to put a couple dents in my brand new front bumper which is a bit disappointing, but I understand this is not the fault of Nissan. Overall I am pleased that Nissan of Torrance took responsibility and that they have people like Elizabeth looking out for customers.

Honestly, this Nissan dealer was certainly professional and would definitely be back for my next oil change😉 . This location not only serviced my car but washed My car and vacuum my whole car 😱😱😱😱😱 And I was in and out at a timely manner. (You know I don't like waiting ....)it was great ! They take care of there customers .🙂😀😁 Coffee, hot chocolate and sweet bread served in the morning for customers too ...MANNY, ISAIAH JOSE GREAT JOB KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK !👊

As a person who has bought cars for years , this was one of my easiest and best experiences. I heard that Nissan of Torrance was a good place to check out and it’s true. Everyone was very welcoming and they were also cautious about Covid. My sales person Greg was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Greg turned this experience I was dreading into a enjoyable and easy experience. We meet the GM and some of the other staffing and everyone was very accommodating. We got a great car and great deal. When all was done , the car came to us cleaned and detailed. Thank you Greg for making this happen for us , I will be definitely recommending this Nissan dealership to friends and family.
