Between Denise (secretary) and wendy(manager) There was zero communication. Took jeep in to check brakes on a Wednesday and rescheduled for 1 week later. I was promised a one day turn around by the mechanic. (Velino Aguilera) I received excuse after excuse as to why it wasn’t completed.I was told that it would be ready “without fail” by 5 pm Friday. I informed Denise that I would pick up jeep at 4:30 because if it wasn’t ready I would not leave it there over the weekend. When I got there it was not ready, but was told I could drive it. (Just wouldn’t have an e-brake). I towed it home as it didn’t have a master cylinder either. I paid my bill and took it somewhere dependable. Had it back in one day even after checking their shoddy work. They claim to be triple A approved but that may not be for long after I inform AAA that they were going to let me drive home with no brakes. I am not sure the mechanic is AAA certified. But he was put in a position to fail!

Donovan and his team are fantastic! I have a new mechanic! Been taking my car to the dealer for regular maintenance and repairs. The issue that prompted me to look for a mechanic was that my headlights were crooked after I tried to install new ones myself. The dealer told me that I burned the socket and everything needed to be replaced, and oh, by the way, I need new struts and shocks for $1900. Found Ultimate Performance through AAA. From the initial phone call Donovan was professional, courteous, and gave me a super reasonable estimate. Took my car in a few days later and Donovan and his team were great! I waited in the office and he updated me often; even has a cell phone text feature to keep customers updated. They did a 40-point inspection and found that there was no evidence that the socket was burned (with pictures provided)! What the heck? AND, I don't need new shocks or struts yet! Fortunately, my estimate didn't change (but I would have understood if it did). They also have a great warranty for their work. I will be taking all my cars there from now on. They can work on American, Asian, and European cars/trucks and the staff have many years of knowledge and training. Thank you Donovan and Ultimate Performance!

Was stranded when I called Ultimate Performance. They were calm cool, knowledgeable, professional experts. They towed me to their shop, which was also right down the street from my house. The repair cost was reasonable and provided me with a diagnostic. I love how friendly and open the staff there are and would have no problem coming back here for future maintenance on my vehicle!
