The service manager was handling the tire warranty claim for the prematurely worn tires we had purchased at Mission Viejo Acura. However, it seems he could not locate the invoice for the tires purchase. He did not return our calls regarding submission of a claim to Michelin. The other service manager also did not return our call. Horrible customer service. We will never purchase a vehicle from or have our car serviced at this location again. It was a much better dealership when it was Norm Reeves Acura.

I bought a used 2015 BRZ off of them. Very smooth and fast process. Adam Colinayo helped me out. Nice and helpful dude. The atmosphere was great and everyone was friendly. A week after I got my car the clutch went out. I took it to their sister dealer since I was under a 30 day 50% warranty. Believe it or not, they covered the whole thing!! I also bought the warranty they recommended to be safe. I can't thank them enough!

Let me start this off by saying that I think car purchasing is equivalent to a miserable root canal. In fact I think I'd rather have a root canal than buy a car. This dealership is by far the most ethical, direct, no nonsense dealership. Marty was upfront and friendly about everything and offered us many options based on our needs via email and phone. After narrowing it down to 2 cars, we made an appointment for a test drive and purchased the car in about 2 hours time. There was no pressure about warranties nor confusing financing terms for the loan. Everything was explained in a simple to understand manner. All of the guys here have tons of experience and were down to earth. Shout out to Tony and Alex, who were equally wonderful! Marty made everything easy and I highly recommend him. We did contact other dealerships prior to this one. This staff really know their stuff and offer old school customer service. Very happy with our MDX and our buying experience.
