Received excellent service in every department as we needed lots of help in preparation for participating in the Long Beach Tent Event doing a fundraiser Raiser for Veterans using our SleepM Biocrystal Technology Products. We are also raffling away the Eye Mask Stress Relief Product. We needed photos, business cards and printed. We also had to create a stand up poster board and Inquiry forms. They helped us create everything needed from pictures and forms from our email. They were curious and patient even though they short handed. We left with everything we needed. They all need a Raise! I have never been mistreated at this location but today the lady from the printing services was very rude, I keep telling her that the plans are not printing and she keeps lying, then after 29 minutes she realized that the paper was not loaded in the printer. Then I picked up a call in Spanish and she started yelling at me saying why I’m talking in Spanish. Then she walked away to a back office and slap the door. I’ll never come back to this location. I really hope the manager does something about this bad costumer service.

Their attention to detail is gone. No one is walking the floor to assist customers. Jan. 2021 they are having a chair event. After waiting at the chair area, I took the label to the register. Asked if it was available, the person that went to check got the wrong color. They did not read their on label "black". They ring it up and I checked to make sure and it was a gray chair. Please wake up Staples. I want to buy local. But Amazon is so much easier.

Worst customer service ever. I waited over 30 minutes with no one in the store. I asked for helped and none of the two ladies in the front acknowledge me and continued to have their conversation. I asked one of them I needed to grab and item and she said “ well send someone rn and waited another 20 mins and nothing. The lady who helped me was Asian and didn’t want to give me her name
