I used to really like their sandwiches until I went in the night there's a guy there that doesn't speak English which I'm okay with but he would not put on gloves when he was handling my food and when I asked him to he got an attitude so I walked out

The shop itself is nice and the workers are really nice. I usually stop around 4am and that's the time the hot batches are coming out. There is homeless people there though. Not fault of Winchells.

One star why, Thursday 4/15/2021 @ 8:30 am, why the laddies there are so unfriendly, customer pays fir a service and they should be happy that we come and spent our money there, the lady that took my order was so rude and she make us wait 20 minutes for a coffee and a black forest ham bagel, the business had maybe 10 customers inside and the way he take cares of the rest it was the same way she did to me. Clerks please at least say good morning to the persons that support that business.
